Ordering & MOQ

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)? +

Flexible — subject to inquiry. We welcome first-time buyers and small trial orders. There is no rigid "one container" minimum. Tell us your area (m²) and destination port, and we will confirm a workable order size and the best freight option for you. Free samples (1–2 m²) are always available before you commit.

Can I order a mixed-product container? +

Yes. For first orders, mixed-product containers (e.g. roofing + flooring + wall veneer) are available. This lets you test multiple products in a single shipment.

Do you offer custom sizes or finishes? +

Absolutely. Custom thicknesses, sizes and surface finishes (natural cleft, honed, brushed, crackle) are available. OEM/ODM welcome — tell us your specification and we will make it happen.

What payment terms do you accept? +

We typically work with T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment) and L/C for larger orders. Specific terms can be discussed based on order size and history.

Samples

Can I get samples before ordering? +

Yes. We ship a free sample box with actual stone pieces in your selected colors and finishes. You can see and feel the real stone before committing to a bulk order.

How long does sample delivery take? +

Samples are typically shipped within 3–5 working days. International courier delivery (DHL/FedEx) takes 5–7 days to most destinations.

Are samples free? +

The stone samples themselves are free. You only cover the courier shipping cost, which we can refund or deduct from your first bulk order.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take? +

US West Coast: 15–20 days · Australia: 15–20 days · Europe: 25–35 days. We arrange regular consolidated sailings to LA, Houston, Sydney and Melbourne.

How is the stone packaged for sea freight? +

ISPM-15 fumigated wooden crates with foam separators and edge protectors. Every crate is photographed before shipment for your approval. 500+ containers shipped with a 10-year track record of intact arrivals.

What if stone arrives damaged? +

Our packaging is engineered for long-haul sea freight, and damage rates are extremely low. In the rare event of damage, we document everything and work with you on a resolution — replacement, credit or re-shipment as appropriate.

What are your lead times? +

Standard stock products: 21–30 days from deposit to shipment. Custom orders may take longer depending on specification and quantity.

Quality & Verification

How do I verify your factory is real? +

Request a live video call. We will walk you through the quarry, production line and packaging area in real time. GPS coordinates available on request. You can also arrange an SGS or BV third-party inspection at any stage.

What certifications do you have? +

CE marked, ASTM tested (C97, C120, C121, E108), AS 4586 slip tested, EN 12326-2 freeze-thaw tested. Internal QA test data is available for your review before shipping.

How do you ensure color consistency? +

Every tile is hand-sorted under controlled lighting. Each pallet is batch-coded and photographed before shipment. You approve the actual goods before they leave the factory.

What if quality doesn't match my order? +

Every crate is photographed before shipment for your approval. Third-party inspection (SGS/BV) is welcome at any stage. If there is a quality discrepancy, we address it before shipment — not after.

Installation

Do you provide installation guides? +

Yes. Detailed installation documentation and video guides are available with your order. We also offer video-call training for your installation team if needed.

What is the Z-clip mounting system for wall veneer? +

Z-clip is a mechanical dry-install system that uses aluminum clips to mount thin-cut stone veneer. No mortar, no adhesives, zero VOCs. It creates a ventilated cavity behind the stone and reduces installation time by ~40%.

Is natural slate slippery when wet? +

No. Our natural cleft surface provides R11–R13 slip resistance without chemical coatings. Tested to AS 4586 and ASTM C1028 — suitable for pool surrounds and wet areas.

How do I maintain natural slate? +

Natural slate requires minimal maintenance. An annual 10-minute routine (gentle cleaning, inspection of sealant if used) is sufficient.
